The projects of SRS Parivar
The Talking Brick went to the actual project site on the 24th of September to enquire and collect information about the both these projects located in sector-87, Faridabad. The information collected by us is listed below:
1. The public transportation system is readily available till BPTP project site as the project is easily accessible from South Delhi, Noida and Mehrauli via NH-2. However, the project site is situated 6kms away from the BPTP site and the site can only be approached through a very small local street area. As a result, one cannot rely on public transportation services here and thus, has to take along own vehicle. Metro is also available till Badarpur and after that auto on sharing; bus, and taxi can be taken to cover the distance to the site. Also, metro work is also going on at NH-2 and the line will go till the IMT-Manesar as per the Metro workers.
2. Both the project sites lies opposite to each other in close proximity to the Kheri village and the road facing each of the project site is in a very bad condition.
3. According to the broker, while SRS Pearl floor comprises of non-luxury (G+3) independent floor near completion with only finishing touch needs to be given, as it will be ready for possession in the next 6months. On the other hand, SRS Pearl Height will include semi-furnished apartments that will be ready for possession after about the period of 2.5years.
3. As per the people of the nearby village, the road that is coming to the project sites is yet to be built and is presently in a state of damage. Every piece of agricultural land has already been sold and it is now the duty of HUDA to re-build this road as per the villagers just like it (HUDA) built the BPTP road. However, when HUDA will construct the road is not known as per the villagers.
