The Talking Brick went to the actual project site on the 25th of September to enquire and collect information about the Purvanchal Royal City. The information collected by us is listed below:
1. At present, a boundary wall surrounds the raw piece of land with no trace of construction process
as 16 towers up to G+18 floors are proposed to be built in the said project.
2. According to Mr. Satyaprakash who was present on the entry gate, it is not confirmed when the construction process will start. This is due to the fact that there is some approval issue that is going on at present as per him.
3. According to the broker, no construction work is going on at present and it’s not known when it will start. As per the broker, one of their (the developers’) earlier projects in sector-137 is also delayed by over a period of 4-5years. No query is coming up for the said project from the buyers as the land-piece has remained in same condition for the past 2-3years according to him.
4. Interestingly, most of the people who have invested in this project are from Lucknow or Kanpur and it’s not clear developer will construct what type of apartments and at what price according to the broker.
