The Talking Brick went to the actual project site on the 22nd of September to enquire and collect information about the Prateek Stylome. The information collected by us is listed below:

1. The right date of possession is not featured on the official project website. However, many other real estate websites feature December 2013 as the actual date of possession.

2. The public transportation services are available from Taj Expressway till sector-44/45 crossing opposite Amity University in sector-125 from where the site is 2kms away. Thus, it is not wise to depend on public transport system and thus it becomes necessary to take along own vehicle or hire a private one.

3. The basic sale price on many realty websites is Rs.5700/sq ft while as per the info available on official website, the BSP is Rs.4300/ sq ft with Rs.300/sq ft inaugural discount i.e. Rs.4000/sq ft BSP.

4. The Sadapur villagers aren’t allowing construction of the road that is too murky and full of around 6-inch dust and mud. The major concern of the villagers is that trucks loaded with construction materials are always plying to and fro from the project site.

5. The village Sadapur lies in close proximity to the project site and the EWS flats are also situated in the vicinity and both the premises have the low middle-class families. One can see people from these places quarreling and drinking even in broad daylight. The Country Liquor shops are scattered all through the place that makes the project site highly unwelcoming. This is a major cause of concern for the buyer.

Connectivity

The project site is located 9kms from DND Flyover. Public transportation services are available from Taj Expressway only till sector-44/45 crossing opposite Amity University in sector-125 from where the site is 2kms away.

The Sadapur village is located nearby the project site while NRI Residency colony is located on the opposite side of the project. Auto and Gramin Seva transport services are also available from Noida City Center towards the Sadapur village from where the site is a walk away.

Also, the EWS flats are situated in the vicinity and both the premises- village and EWS flats are dominated by the low middle-class income group.
