The Talking Brick went to the Vatika India Next project site on the 12th of September to enquire and collect information about the Emilia Floors and Premium Floors.
The information collected by us is listed below:
1. According to the broker, as soon as the water supply issue will be resolved, the construction work will start.
2. The location of the project is also good as per him. However, the project is situated 1km inside the NH-8 from where the public transportation services just weakens. According to the broker, hiring a private vehicle or coming on own car is the only option left for the traveler.
3.According to the broker, large space has been left by the developer to construct commercial facilities like malls, taxi stand, schools and hospitals in the span of 1 year.
4.The official project website doesn’t contain any info regarding the date of possession. Although many other real estate websites feature 2014 as the date of completion of the project still the views of brokers vary to a great extent. As per broker 1, the date of possession for Emilia Floors is 1 year. On the other hand, according to the broker 2, the projects will take 2years for completion. Interestingly, according to the guard who was present at the Premium Floors project site, every project that is the part of 700 acres Vatika Township will complete in the span of 2-3 years time.
