The Orchards, kristal Court, Klassic Heights, HeartBeat City and Hanging Gardens may be the talk of the town of Noida these days. The Talking Brick went to these project sites and collected data from on-site people, brokers and individuals associated with the two developers. 

1. As per the broker, in Kristal Court residents will get lesser view of green area as the towers face each other. People are also afraid of investing in Jaypee due to their lack of commitment and promises. Jaypee Group had to deliver Kosmos project by the year 2012. At present, the project is already delayed by over 2-3years. On the other hand, Jaypee Group has also signed a Provisional Builders’ Agreement with the people who have invested in their projects according to the broker.

2. At the Amrapali project sites, the construction work is going on speedily. According to the broker, at Amrapali Hanging Gardens, a good flat can be bought at the price of Rs.80-90 lakhs. In Kristal Court, the buyer needs to invest in a total of Rs.1.6 crores for the same apartment type. Also the construction work has neither started in Kristal Court nor at The Orchards.
